Optimum Corporation is a FrenchTech company offering a unique approach to fleet management and, more broadly, employee mobility, providing solutions to all the problems encountered by fleet managers and/or corporate mobility managers.

Its solutions, all developed in-house, have already enabled Optimum Corporation to connect over 150,000 corporate and public sector fleet vehicles in 30 countries.

To support us in this major project, we are looking to strengthen our HR team and are looking for a Recruitment Manager.

Job description

As a Recruitment Manager, you will join the HR department and play an active role in the development of a fast-growing international company.
You will be responsible for :

• Recruitment management : draw up action plans (current and future) in direct collaboration with the HR department and operational staff.
• Sourcing : use various methods to create talent pipelines: targeted searches, co-optation, recruitment events and forums, partnerships with schools.
• Outsourcing : Identifying recruitment channels, setting up contracts and partnerships, follow-up and coordination

Profile required

You're part of the adventure if :

With a 4/5-year degree from a business school or university, you have at least 3 years' experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates, ideally in the digital sector and in a fast-growing international company.

You are creative in how you approach qualified candidates and develop your network.

As a genuine talent recruiter, you understand the problems faced by operational staff and propose appropriate, innovative solutions. You enjoy working in a challenging environment with high expectations of Leadership.

You like to keep abreast of recruitment news by reading the specialist press and attending recruitment events and conferences.

A good level of written and spoken English, French and Spanish is essential.
